A team of 6 experienced executives lead our multinational company and ensures value creation is delivered for our clients, worldwide.

Our Board of Directors is a collegial management body of the company consisting of 6 members. The election of Directors ensures that the principle of proper representation of the rights of all shareholders in the Board of Directors is ensured.

The responsibilities of the Directors are in line with the main areas supervised by each of the Board of Directors.

The experienced Directors cover all the necessary competencies in accordance with the main areas supervised by the Board.
